Reservation and Deposit
- Please provide your full name when you make a booking
- Please specify number of guests and number of each room type
- A guest may be asked to make full payment in order to make a reservation.
- Reservations, cancelled or amended within seven (7) days or less prior to the date of arrival will be nonrefundable.
- Reservation which make less than 7 days before the date of arrival will be non-refundable.
- If hotel is informed cancellation more than 7 day prior to date of arrival and approved by hotel, guest must get cancellation letter. Then hotel will process refund with in7-14 days. Cancellation fee and bank fee will be applied. Please contact LINE ID: @irabbithotel or [email protected]
- For Walk-in Guest, Please make all payment in Thai baht upon check-in.
- Please provide damage deposit 500 baht/room upon check-in. Guest will received the damage deposit back when check-out.
Check in/ Check out
- Please present your ID card, Driving license or Passport upon arrival.
- The hotel check-in time between14.00 – 18.00 o’clock.
- Full payment required if check in after 18.00 o’clock.
- Reservation will be cancelled with no deposit refund, if no show with in 18.00 o’clock.
- Check-out before 12.00 (noon).
- Early check-in and late check-out request should be informed the reception in advance. All requests are subjects to room available.
- In case of early check in or late check-out, additional charges will be applied as 100 Baht/Hour/Room. An over 15 minutes will be charged for 1 Hour. Late check-out after 16.00 will be charged for 1 day rate.
- All special requests are subject to availability upon arrival.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest entry and accommodation if the hotel reasonably considers that the guest is behaving in a threatening, abusing or otherwise unacceptable manner.
- Room charge is nonrefundable after check in for shorten stay or other cases.
- Please register the name of all guests and vehicle license plate upon check-in.
- Breakfast is served daily from 07.00 until 10.00 o’clock.
- Please, present breakfast coupon for receive service.
- Menus are subject to change according to seasonality and product availability without prior notice.

Extra Person / Extra Bed
- Children under 6 year old is free of charge with existing bed.
- Any additional guests. The hotel will charge 300 baht/person/night included breakfast (No extra bedding)
- Extra Bed 400 baht/person/night include breakfast.
- Maximum extra bed is 1 bed per room for Standard Room
- The hotel will charge for extra bed upon check-in or before using.
- Visitors are allowed to stay in guest room until 21.00. Extra person charge will be 300bath/person/night.
- In case guests did not inform the hotel for any additional guests, the hotel reserves the right to charge as twice of addition guests charge if found.
- A children using extra bed will be charged same rate as extra bed.
100% No Smoking/ No Vaping/ No E-cigarette Policy
- Smoking in the hotel is prohibited by Law.
- Room, bathroom and room balcony are strictly no smoking or vaping.
- Violation of the prohibition is subject to minimum find 2,000 baht.
- Smoking area located at lobby garden and in front of car park’s toilet.
- In the interest of all guest well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk.
- All visitors are requested to leave guestrooms by 21.00 o’clock.
- There is additional charge for visitor 300 baht/person/night if leave room after 21.00 o’clock.
- The hotel accepts the guest travelling with pet. Please advise the reception in advance to prepare for arrival accordingly.
- The hotel will charge 300-500 baht/pet/night
- The hotel does not allow the pets stay on the bed or leave alone in room.
- The pets must be kept on a leash and must not be left unattended.
- The pets must be away from ticks and fleas. Also, the pets must have up-to-date rabies vaccination.
- If the hotel does not receive any advance notice for pets, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest travelling with pet. Also, the deposit shall not be refunded.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge as twice of pet charge if we find pet in our area without notice.
- Any pet and owner found to create excessive noise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel with no refund.
- Please do not disturb other hotel guests by excessive noises in hotel area especially after 21.00. If found, the hotel reserves the right to require the guest to leave with no refund.
- The hotel shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guest or anyone connected to the guest stay at the hotel.
- Guests are liable for any damage to the hotel room, furnishings, fittings and equipment by any act or omission of the guest and guest’s visitor. All damages will be charged as list in the room amenities and equipment items. Others will be held on hotel consideration.
- The hotel reserves the right to request the guest to leave with no refund and charge for the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the room. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item.
- Property that s left behind in the guest rooms will be kept for 30 days.
- All unassigned property will be forwarded to a charity or disposed of depending value. However, the hotel shall not liable for any damage or loss of the property during the property is with the hotel.
