Reservation and Deposit
- Please provide your full name when you make a booking
- Please specify the number of guests and the number of each room type
- Required full payment to make a reservation.
- Reservations, canceled or amended within seven (7) days or less before the date of arrival will be nonrefundable.
- Reservations that are made less than 7 days before the date of arrival will be non-refundable.
- If the hotel is informed of cancellation more than 7 days before the date of arrival and approved by the hotel, the guest must get a cancellation letter. Then the hotel will process the refund within in7-14 days. Cancellation fee and bank fee will be applied. Please contact LINE ID: @irabbithotel or [email protected]
Payment
- For Walk-in guests, Please make all payments in Thai baht upon check-in.
- Please provide a damage deposit of 500 baht/room upon check-in. The guest will receive the damage deposit back when check-out.
Check-in/Check-out
- Please present your ID card, Driving license, or Passport upon arrival.
- The hotel check-in time is between 14.00 and 18.00 o’clock.
- Full payment is required if check-in after 18.00 o’clock.
- Reservation will be canceled with no deposit refund if no show within 18.00 o’clock.
- Check-out before noon.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests should be informed to the reception in advance. All requests are subject to room availability.
- In case of early check-in or late check-out, additional charges will be applied as 100 Baht/Hour/Room. An over 15 minutes will be charged for 1 Hour. Late check-out after 16.00 will be charged for 1 day rate.
- All special requests are subject to availability upon arrival.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest entry and accommodation if the hotel reasonably considers that the guest is behaving in a threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable manner.
- Room charge is nonrefundable after check-in for the shortened stay or other cases.
- Please register the name of all guests and vehicle license plate upon check-in.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is served daily from 07.00 until 10.00 o’clock.
- Please, present a breakfast coupon to receive service.
- Menus are subject to change according to seasonality and product availability without prior notice.
Room Policy
- Standard King bed and Twin bed Room 2 Adults/Room
- Superior King Bed Garden View 2 Adults/Room.
- Superior Triple person Room (Extra Moon) 3 Adults/Room
Extra Person / Extra Bed
- Children under 6 years old are free of charge with an existing bed.
- For any additional guests, the hotel will charge 300 baht/per person/night including breakfast (No extra bedding)
- Extra Bed 400 baht/person/night including breakfast.
- Maximum extra bed is 1 bed per room for the Standard Room.
- The hotel will charge for an extra bed upon check-in or before use.
- Visitors are allowed to stay in the guest room until 21.00. The extra person charge will be 300 baht/person/night.
- In case guests do not inform the hotel of any additional guests, the hotel reserves the right to charge twice the additional guests if found.
- A child using an extra bed will be charged the same rate as an extra bed.
100% No Smoking/ No Vaping/ No E-cigarette Policy
- Smoking in the hotel is prohibited by Law.
- Room, bathroom, and room balcony are strictly no smoking or vaping.
- Violation of the prohibition is subject to a minimum find 2,000 baht.
- A smoking area is located in the lobby garden and in front of the car park’s toilet.
Visitor Policy
- In the interest of all guest's well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk.
- All visitors are requested to leave guestrooms by 21.00 o’clock.
- There is an additional charge for visitors 300 baht/person/night if they leave the room after 21.00 o’clock.
Pet Policy
- The hotel accepts guests traveling with pets that advise the reception in advance so they can prepare for arrival accordingly.
- No walk-in guests with pets. The hotel has a few rooms where pets are allowed.
- The hotel will charge 300-500 baht/pet/night
- The hotel does not allow the pets to stay on the bed or leave alone in the room.
- The pets must be kept on a leash and must not be left unattended.
- The pets must be away from ticks and fleas. Also, the pets must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations.
- If the hotel does not receive any advance notice for pets, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest traveling with a pet. Also, the deposit shall not be refunded.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge twice of pet charge if we find a pet in our area without notice.
- Any pet and owner found to create excessive noise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel with no refund.
- Please do not disturb other hotel guests with excessive noises in the hotel area, especially after 21.00. If found, the hotel reserves the right to require the guest to leave with no refund.
- The hotel shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guest or anyone connected to the guest's stay at the hotel.
- Guests are liable for any damage to the hotel room, furnishings, fittings, and equipment by any act or omission of the guest and guest’s visitor. All damages will be charged as listed in the room amenities and equipment items. Others will be held on hotel consideration.
- The hotel reserves the right to request the guest to leave with no refund and charge for the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the room. The charge will be the full replacement amount for the missing item.
- Property that's left behind in the guest rooms will be kept for 30 days.
- All unassigned property will be forwarded to a charity or disposed of depending on value. However, the hotel shall not be liable for any damage or loss of the property while the property is with the hotel.
